Leg Cramps

Recently I've been jumping out of bed with leg cramping & Charlie Horses is this normal & is there a cure?
Any help would do...

Thanks ladies my misery likes your company.
Saw the Dr. she said there is nothing that can be done about it and suggested more potassium and water. Considering this is my ONLY pregnancy side effect guess I'm lucky.

It's charley horses for sure. U have to take ur toes n bend them up yo ur hips just the foot n it gets rid of the pain. My doctor said its due to lack of potassium and water in the muscle. The baby ***** nutrients out of every part of the body. Including ur muscles. Eat bananas and drink water. It reduced my pain n when I still get them , I bend my toes up to my hips n it stretches my calves and makes the horse stop kicking lol.

My doctor told me leg cramps are usually from being dehydrated! Try drinking a glass of water before bed.
