I feel your pain, I've had leg cramps plus restless leg syndrome and I wish at times I could take my legs off, Epson salt bath soak did help but I'm also going to try some of the other suggestions. I don't know how much more I can take being 31 weeks tomorrow

Try going for a prenatal leg massage it had worked wonders for me.

Cleared up leg cramps and lower back pain. He was even able to give me safe exercises to do to keep it at bay.

Drinking plenty of water helps too

Water and magnesium, if you had a leg cramp, it could hurt up to four days after. I only had one and it left me limping for three days.

Drink plenty of water. Potassium will only help if your potassium levels are low. Drink some pickle juice before bed. Also, heard that mustard helps, too. Soak in a warn bath w/ Epsom salt before bed.

Water helps but the potassium is what really sends it away. I just know bananas are my bestie haha

You need to be drinking lots of water.  I had terrible leg cramps during my first pregnancy. Knock on wood, I have only had a few minor cramps in the lower legs.  But no inner thigh cramps as of yet.  Those are the worst.  Drinking primarily water this time.   Lots of water.

Yes. What really helps me is increasing my potassium in my diet. Try eating a banana or 2 everyday or something you like with good potassium.
