10days late neg test

I'm 10 days late, negative hpts and blood test, but still having symptoms of pregnancy, cramps this week feel different from last week, hurts more to move around, and feels like fluttering in the very lower part of my abdomen, feel like pressure, an a throbbing feeling on an off underneath, could I av took a blood test to early, or is it definitely a negative...as they are so accurate? The last couple ov days I have been having bad leg cramps, still feel tired all the time, tender boobs, heartburn now and again, what is goin on with me, I have never been late and my cycle is as regular as clockwork, even when I ad miscarriage last year, my cycle has still  been on the dot, I dont no wot to do now, so if anyone has any advice or been through a similar situation or ended up being pregnant after a neg blood test, or shud I test a gain, or accept I'm not pregnant even tho my body tells me different, I feel like I'm goin CRAZY!!!

I've read that some doctors believe that early pregnancy symptoms are essentially caused by the elevation of HcG in the blood, so it seems unlikely that your symptoms could be related to pregnancy if your HcG levels are too low to register in a blood test if that's the case.

I know in my case that symptoms I have just before and at the beginning of my period are pretty much identical to early pregnancy symptoms, but I wouldn't associate pain or difficulty moving around with either pregnancy or pre-menstural symptoms.  My personal opinion is that you should get your symptoms checked out by a doc and maybe have them repeat the blood test in case there was some error with it.  You may have some other issue going on.
