heavy cramping no bleeding early pregancy

5 weeks pegnant heavy cramping above pubic bone no bleeding. is this normal

my ob said as long as i'm not bleeding.. to just drink plenty of fliuds get rest and come in for another beta on thursday

Cramping is definately a normal part of pregnancy.  However, if it is severe or conerning you, I suggest you talk to your Dr.  The fact that it is not accompanied by bleeding is a really good sign, but it is always best to put your mind to rest and give them a call tomorrow.  Let us know how you are doing.
