High HCG levels but no baby

I am 8 weeks 3 days according to the due date calculator but in my ultrasound they didn't see a yolk or a fetus. my HCG level is 133786 now. I am spotting a bit on and off . I thought I had a miscarriage but when they checked my HCG it had gone up. don't know whats happening. anyone knows. freaked out.

Thanks guys. I found out last week that it was a molar pregnancy. Had a D&C Friday and am trying to recover physically and emotionally. The HCG levels were too high without a fetus formation. That rung a bell. If you are not spotting and cramping and there's a steady rise in your HCG levels don't worry. . God bless you all and give you healthy children. Healthy children are a huge blessing.

Did you get transvaginal echo? Might be better
