Just wondering......

Is 34 weeks too early to be losing your mucus plug?  Earlier when I used the bathroom and I wiped, I saw little pieces of mucus that really resembled the color and consistency of like rubber cement.   The only thing I can think it could have been was little pieces of the plug.  But is it too early?

I started losing my plug at 34w and at 35-36w started losing big chunks of it. at the end of 36w I lost a chunk that had brown blood on it (bloody show) and had my lil man Mason at 37w5d

i think you can lose it, lose some of it and it regenerates.  you need to report it if you think you're leaking amniotic fluid i think.

I lost my mucus plug in bits and pieces starting at around 35 weeks.  I didn't have Ryder until almost 39 weeks so it didn't cause any problems.  It sounds like you might have lost some of it as well.  Mention it at your next OB appointment, but no, I don't think it's overly uncommon to lose it then.  Wow, your getting close.....wishing you well!!
