You can have sex even if you've lost your plug. However, you can't have sex if your waters have broken.

Warm baths, sex (only if your mucus plug is still intacted) , use an excerise ball to wiggle about or bounce gently… the ball put my friend into labour in a matter of hours at 36wks but i know they say your not full term until 37wks,  but they were going to induce her 2days later due to high risk pregnancy so she wanted to get things started but she ended up having a girl early next morning
