Need a little advice

Me and my boyfriend has been together for the past five years. The last two has been public. We confirmed that I'm eight weeks. Now here's the problem I'm still legally married to someone else and he refusing to file for divorce. I served him paper two years ago but signed them to late. SHOULD I tell him about the baby in hopes that he will then file for divorce. Or just let him discover my growing baby.

Find out the laws in your state. I am here in TX and if the other party doesn't respond or contest the divorce will continue. If no response then they give up rights to anything mutually owned potentially if the filer makes claim. As far as telling him, that is purely personal and depends on your relationship whether friendship/respect exists between the two of you.

Just refile and you go through with the divorce on your end.
