OMG IN PAIN!

I was in the hospital and got send home this morning I was 4cm and contractions were 4-5 min apart. They told me to return if I still had pain and contractions aren't going away what should I do to help dilate contractions haven't changed since earlier!

Same exact thing happened to me yesterday morning... walk and bounce on a yoga/birthing bal... if you can stand it... have sex to help dilate

Sex would be the best. Everything else the other ladies mentioned are good too!

I agree that an exercise ball can help a lot. It will help the baby get into better position. I bounced on that baby 1 hour in the morning, and 1 hour before bed a week before I was induced to try to help him come on his own but I only had to push for 20 minutes!

I ran laps with my first. Lol It was the only thing that felt good. But try an exercise ball

I hear squats and walking up stairs is supposed to help but be careful if you do that.
