Ovulation

Hi ladies:)
So I been checking my ovulation everyday now for two weeks and the test keep on showing both lines pink and the T line is always darker. Can I be ovulating that long?
My menstrual should start on Monday the 11th,so is there anyway that an ovulating test determine that i might be pregnant?
Thought I ask you ladies before I go and get a HPT.
Thanks

I highly recommend ovulation predictor sticks where they show a smiley face when you are at your LH surge. Worked for us. Good luck!

if you are pregnant an opk can give a positive result. This doesn't mean that you are pregnant though. You must take an HPT to confirm pregnancy. HPT are way more accurate and are more stringently regulated. OPK's however are not and some are poor quality. I have heard of Answer OPK being very unreliable in this area. They have been shown to be positive every time or never positive. Some women have even got a positive at the wrong time! If you are using Answer, I would recommend a different brand. Good Luck!

Well, it's unlikely that your LH surge would last that long.  I have had a positive 3 days in a row, but that's the longest for me.  I can tell you that HCG in your urine can cause some ovulation predictor tests to turn positive.  I know it can happen with the Clearblue, so I assume it would happen with most of them.  I hope this means you are pregnant!!  Good luck!!!
