Pinkis spotting before period, period like pain and cramps, please help!

Hi there! I am 35, been trying for a baby more than 3years, finally I had Hycosy where they've discovered one blocked tube. But this month I was ovulating from my healthy side and we were proactive during ovulation.  & days before my period is due-last night I saw bright red spotting on my painty liner, the same is happening today!  For more than a week I feel period like pain, cramps, my stomach is huge and it's horrible, I am moody and sensitive, tired in last couple of days.
Yes I know I have to wait 7 more days to do a test, but am really scared 'cos I live alone at the moment. Also I have backpain. It is weekend I have no where to go, so if enione can help me, please!

If it's implantation does it suppose to hurt like period pain, should I be bloated so much and how long this spotting should last? Thanks....

I am 39 and have been TTC to conceive for 2 years (have had 3 m/cs during that time). I am not sure on what date your period is due, or the length of your typical cycle, so it is hard to say if this could be implantation spotting, which can occur anywhere between 6-10 dpo. Implantation typically lasts only a day or two, and extreme pain should not accompany it if it is implantation so I agree with adgal, you should contact your doctor if you are concerned.

Depending on the length of your cycle, light bleeding or spotting can also occur at the time of ovulation. Last cycle (I have a 25-day cycle) I began spotting on and off beginning on CD17 (6 dpo), with slight cramping and pressure across my low abdomen. I was hoping that it was either late ovulation or implantation bleeding/signs, but ultimately my period arrived on CD23 (3 days early).

I hope this helps. Baby dust to you!

Implantation is not something you can feel.  Yes, some women do experience implantation bleeding, but typically it is very light.  It is possible you are having an early period or mid cycle bleeding.  Mid cycle bleeding does not indicate pregnancy one way or the other and is nothing at all to worry about.

If these were pregnancy symptoms you were experiencing, I can tell you that it would not be normal to feel them only 7 days past ovulation.  I won't say impossible, just very unlikely.  Again, this doesn't mean you aren't pregnant, just that it is too early to tell.  If you are in significant pain it is unlikely it is due to a pregnancy at this stage, and may warrant being checked out by a Dr.  It could be something like a bladder infection or a host of other things.  Take care and best of luck.
