Get an ultrasound to make sure your baby is in your uterus. If it is then the pain is likely ok but if not you could have an ectopic (tubal) pregnancy.  Hope scan is ok

They are not really "cramp" like. It is upper abdominal

Abdominal pain on right side could be many things. I noticed you didn't specifically say cramping nor did you say exactly where you're feeling pain. Is the pain like period pains? Are you experiencing lower right abdominal pain or higher right abdominal pain?

Yes.  I agree with omgtwins14.  I'm pregnant with twins also.  10 weeks.  At 6 weeks, I felt the exact same thing you are feeling.   Slight cramps in waves.  Sometimes on one side,  sometimes on both.  I still feel it even at 10 weeks from time to time.   My doctor says it's normal as long as the cramps aren't severe and/or there is no bleeding.   It's just your uterus expanding.  Your body is changing so fast!  I'm so happy for you!   Huge congrats!
