Severe Back Pain

Hi

I have been experiencing back pain for over 24 hours. I keep on having loose stool and frequent urine.  I feel a lot of pressure and stabbing pain down below.  I have been to the doctors and the doctor said I'm 4/5 and the babies head is not close but babies back is aligned with mine.  Could this mean the early signs of labour. And this is my forth pregnancy with the previous labour and delivery was 1 hour. Please advise what this can be and what I need to do?

That should definately be a question for your doctor! How far along are you? It can be a number of different things!
