Possible New Job

Hello. I'm 36 and 7 weeks pregnant with my 1st pregnancy. I was offered a call center customer service rep job in June '14, but turned it down because of my wedding in Oct. That job opportunity came up again, I don't know what to do because right now I have a nice flexible job with the government. This call center job is also with the government, but they are more strict because we will be on the phones all day. The hours will be 10-7pm. I heard they micro-manage bathroom/lunch breaks. I don't know how bad pregnancy symptoms will be later on. Will I be too tired to focus on the utility billing call? What if I need more bathroom breaks? I will be making only 1K more a yr, but potientally can make more the longer I stay.

Thanks. I wasn't sure if I was just being a wimp and trying to find an excuse to not take that customer service rep position. The turn over rate is so high for a reason, I guess. The thought of being glue to a headset & dealing with angy customers does not sound fun.

Stay where you are at. I worked in a call center and we were soon micro managed. You have and Total of 3 min from the time you locked your computer to be back on computer for bathroom breaks. It's horrendous.
