Funny, I am in my 36th week and I have been having the same problems as you.  I was told to take Oatmeal baths.  My Ob called it hives and said that this is a pregnancy related hormonal problem and should go away once I deliver.  Another 4 weeks to deliver.  I know how annoying this is because I have scabs all over my belly and other parts of body from scratching.

My winter asthma definitively increased with the pregnancy and now that Spring is coming I have more sinusitis. Yous doctor can probably prescribe some allergy medication that are deemed safe during pregnancy. I have been using a Neti pot every day for months now, with saline solution: you can try this natural way and see if it brings any relief (I also use an inhaler for my asthma).
