Pregnancy and Lower Back Pain....

Hi everyone,
My name is Mary and I am new to this board.  I just tested positive and think I'm about 3 to 4 weeks.  Very early.  My question is that I've been having lower back pain all day today - has anyone else experienced this?  It's been constant all day.....and I'm a little concerned.
Would appreciate some input.

Thanks so much for the welcome!  I hope you're right and this symptom will disappear as I get further along.

Congrats on your bfp!  Such early back pain can just be due to implantation.  I hope you are feeling better soon.

Hi Pamela,
this is actually my 2nd child.  I had a really easy pregnancy the first time, no nausea, nothing......but I know every pregnancy is different.  I'll mention to my doctor on Friday.  I just went for a long walk, and it felt so much better but now that I'm "sitting" again, it's starting to hurt again!
Oh well, welcome to pregnancy eh?  :)

Hi Mary, Congratulations!  Is this your 1st?  Not sure what to tell you about your back pain, without knowing more information, but maybe it's your body telling you that you're pregnant and "move over" :-)  If it continues, or is too uncomfortable, seek your Drs advice, otherwise, relax and enjoy!!  best wishes!
