Pregnancy is progessing nicely!!

Hello ladies! I have good news my doc appt yesterday went really well. I had another sono and was measured at 7 wk2day and by the calendar I was at 7wks so I cant explain the variance.  Any guesses??

The heartbeat was at 158 and my doc as assured me that a strong heart beat is a great sign and to try and enjoy my pregnancy.  Its not easy just yet as I m/c my last 2 around 6wks.

I am still taking the Progestrone and baby aspirin and I swear its made a huge difference for me with this pregnancy.  They did another blood work up to make sure my hormone levels were in check and I go back for another sono in 2 wks when Im 9 wks. Dr wants to take me off the Progestrone in 4-5 wks.

Its been pretty smooth up to this point.  I had some slight spotting after sex but he said that was normal and then today was my first experience w/morning sickness....OMG it was terrible. But as long as "the bean" is growing its all worth it in the end.

I want to thank so many of you for your encouragement and support.  The kind words make the days seem shorter as they pass.

Congrats it sounds like all is going really well.

I also had to take progesterone supplements and it worked out fine.

Good luck with the rest of your pg.  Enjoy.

Congrats!!  That is great news.  I wouldn't worry about a 2 day variance in dating.  My understanding is all the measurements they use are general, so maybe baby is just a bit bigger, or you ovulated a day or two sooner then you think.  But I do know 2 days is no reason for any concern.  I understand how scary it is for you right now, but sounds like things are going great for you.  I have also experienced first trimester miscarriages, but never once got a hearbeat.  I know once the heartbeat is heard, and its strong like your little beans, its a really positive sign.  I bet all is well this time.  I know easier said then done, but try not to stress!  My obgyn also told me that symtoms like morning sickness, although unpleasant, are signs of a strong pregnancy as well!!

I wish you the best.  Your going to get there this time!!!
