Pregnant?

I had my last period on August 8. I usually have about a 28-30 day cycle. On August 18 me and my fiance' had protected sex with a condom and he pulled out before ejaculation. We haven't had sex since then, but now my period is 1 day late with no signs of it coming. I took a test yesterday evening,a clearblue digital and it said NOT PREGNANT. Thinking that maybe because I didn't use FMU it turned out negative, I took another test this morning with FMU. Still NOT PREGNANT My breasts are kinda sore, but that's the only sign of my period. It's been 23 days since I had sex, would a test show by now, or should I wait longer? Someone give me some advice please! Has anyone had a similiar experience???

Thank you! I took another test this morning and once again it said, NOT PREGNANT but no sign of period starting either. Our local hospital offers blood tests for 10 dollars, so I'll go have one done if it doesn't start in a couple of days. Thanks again!

Well, you used birth control, so I am thinking its unlikely. No method is 100%, but you "doubled up".  And most tests would show up positive by now.    But honestly...see a Dr., thats the only way you are going to get any answers.  Ask him for bloodwork, and you will know for sure.  Best of luck to you.
