All 4 came out positive but I spotted too and my cramps are unbearable the passed few days. Some say bleeding is normal, some say cramps are just fine but I'm nervous that the tests may be picking up hcg levels that may not be there in a few days. My so I is not for 2 more weeks so I'm frakinging out.

I have been reading all about the actual testing and they say that the test will pick up hcg whether or not the pregnancy had been terminated. They say it takes about 5 days for your levels to go back to normal so i would wait for the ultrasound. I know how hard it is to stay away from those tests, took 4 myself this weekend because of major cramping but like you, I have to wait for my ultrasound too.
