Rush to the Dr?

I just found out I'm pregnant. I had to have an emergency c-section last time because I'm rh negative and my body rejected the rho-gam. Do I need to rush to the Dr? Normally there isn't anything they can do until 20 weeks. I'm also A- blood. I had a miscarriage last year and would hate to experience that again.

I forgot to say...

When you call, remind them of your history so they can help determine when you should go in. My doctor usually doesn't see a patient for the first check-up (normal/no risks) until she is at least 10 weeks along. Your doctor may want you in sooner because of your history so just make sure you remind them of your history/condition when you call.
