So worried

Today I had to go to the Doctors.  I had terrible stomach pains and I saw a spot of blood.  I was terribly worried.  I was sent for blood work and then had an ultrasound.  Well, apparently the sack is tiny and they can't see anything yet but a small sack.  It puts me back to 5.3 weeks vs. 6.4 that I thought I was.  The Doctor is concerned about the size of the sack and are hoping for good numbers.  My blood test numbers in the past were low but I just thought I was a slow grower.  Now I am totally worried because the sack is so small and they saw nothing inside yet.  Could my numbers be that off?  I can't pull my ovulation tracker back up. Ugh, I am so worried!  The last pregnancy ended in a miscarriage and I am so worried.

I am waiting on getting blood work tomorrow. I could not believe how small it was.   Thank you for the thoughts and prayers.  I need them.

Court's right, it is just too early to say for certain what is going on.  I know how stressful this is right now and please know you are in my thoughts and prayers.  Remember that even with tracking ovulation it's impossible to know for certain when you actually conceived as unless you are doing IVF it can be off by several days either way. Unfortunately you have to wait and see.  I know it's torture.  When is your follow up ultrasound?
