Swimming

I'm 35 weeks today, and I have been losing my mucus plug. Is it safe for me to go swimming?

Should be fine as long as your water hasn't broke yet

Swimming is fine. My doctor recommends it as the best exercise while pregnant besides walking. Just don't swim in a dirty lake or stream. A pool should be just fine
