Tracker closed???

Does anyone know what it means when it says 'tracker closed'? I don't update my pregnancy tracker anymore, except for weight once-in-a-while. Today, when I tried to enter my weight, it says "This tracker is closed."

Any thoughts??

Thanks, Amanda...it still won't let me enter anything, so hopefully they get it resolved. I would hate to lose all of the information, but oh, well..i guess if I do, I do.

sk123,  I can't update my weight through the My Pregnancy app.  I entered my height and pre-pregnancy weight and there was no where else to enter any other information. When I clicked on "See expanded tracker", it took me back to my tracker which says "This tracker is closed"....

Who knows??

Hi,

Have you tried updating your weight through the My Pregnancy app? If you look to the left of this post, you'll see a list of applications. You can also find it on the left side of your home page. Try inputing your pre-pregnancy weight and height (if you haven't done so already). Then put in today's weight. See if that allows your to enter your weight. Let us know what happens.

Could you maybe delete this tracker and open a new one?  Or won't it let you do anything with it?

I just heard back from MedHelp.  They were not able to give me an answer, but an engineer is working on the problem.  I hope to have an answer for you quickly. I wish I had more to tell you right now, but I'll keep you posted.

That is a new one for me, I have never heard of that before.  Is it ok with you if I copy and paste your message and send it to the MedHelp Manager?  She can probably let us know what' up.....that's really strange.
