My.Dr told me to take unisom tabs. You can look it up as well.
Tylenol pm's are safe and so are benadryl both of which I'd had to take to help me sleep and relax lately
Yes, short term use is okay. It's basically a Tylenol and Benadryl combo- both approved in pregnancy.
Any form of Tylenol is safe.
