babies are growing
So the babies both looked great they are almost 2 lbs a priece. Jacob measured 24.3 weeks and weighed 1 lb 13 oz and Mekaila measured 24.4 weeks and 1 lb 12 oz so they were both a couple days behind but he said it's normal for them to fluctuate.....so he still said they look good and they were both head down and Jacob as of now would be the first one out his head is farther down........he said so far so good....I gained another 5 lbs since my last appt. And now I'm up 13 lbs total. He said our goal is 37 weeks but he will be happy after 34.

we do plan on trying a vaginal birth if they both stay head down that would be great but but guess it just depends on how they cooperate when the time comes.

My close friend had twins (boy/girl) almost 2 years ago and she carried them to week 38. I hope I can keep mine in there for as long as possible as well. I'm only 15w5d, and for now everything is looking good, but the babies didn't behave on wednesday bouncing and turning so we didn't find out the genders yet.
By the way are you planning to try to give birth naturally or is your dr suggesting c section?

Glad to hear all is going well. It must be so exciting to be having twins...and sometimes full term does happen. An aquaintance of mine here has a set of twins (boy & girl like you), and she did. Those are 2 beautiful healthy babies. Good luck and take care!!
Yeah, so glad your lil ones are growing so well!!! I hope that you can hold on as long as possible!!! :)
LOL I am...I took some new belly pics yesterday and I didn't know how big I actually was until I looked at those....LOL
Thats wonderful brandi! I could not imagine carrying twins .....as big as I am now I would look enormous!!!

I know I still haven't grasped the concept....LOL I'll have my newest belly and baby pics up Monday hopefully and I should have my 3D ones up too.
