As long as you are drinking plenty of water, anything healthy you ingest, including milk, can only help (unless you were lactose intolerant). Taking good care of yourself, including a good diet and getting enough sleep will all be good for your baby. Best wishes!
I never heard that before...the only time I drink milk is when I have bowl of cereal which is not that often..I have four healthy kids and fifth on the way..you should drink water but that goes without saying...even if you weren't pregnant you should drink water :) .....people have healthy babies in thirs world countries and they survive on three ingredients most of the time
