Urine Question

I am 8+ weeks pregnant...  I ALWAYS have to urinate.  Most recently when Igo I feel like I have to "push" the urine out and I feel like I am not getting it all out.  Then I have to return to the bathroom shortky after.... same thing over again.  Is this normal for pregnancy ori s possible that I have a Urinary Infection??

Thanks!

Hi, when I was pregnant w/ my son same thing happened to me so I would think it is normal unless it start burning then I would go to Dr to see if it is a UTI. Hope this helps. Congrats on the baby!!!

When I was pregnant with my second child (actually before I knew I was pregnant) I had the same problem.. it even burned a little.. I was getting pretty nervous about an infection.. Finally I went to the hospital and he checked me out and gave me a blood test.. He told me well good news that you do not have an infection but you are pregnant.. So sometimes I think it might happen in pregnancy but it is always better to get it checked out with the doctor just in case!

I get the same way and always feel I have to return after just leaving the RR, but a UTI is possible.  My DR just recommended really trying to completely empty the bladder.  good luck  ((Sheila))26w5d

I'm not pregnant, but if it's not a UTI, I've also read that when you urinate, you should lean your body forward so you can empty your bladder.

That could be an infection - I would have the doctor check it out. UTIs are common in pregnancy.
