Using heating pads while pregnant???

I know thta you should not use an electric blanket while you are pregnant.  I have pulled a back muscle and am curious about using a heating pad.  Can you safely use them while pregnant??

Try asking about the Icy Hot rub also.

Thanks for getting back to me.  I remember hearing that the electrical current in electric blankets can cause harm to babies so that is my concern with the heating pad.  I will be calling my ob in the morning to double check.

Check with your doctor. There may be a concern if the heating pad could cause a rise in body temperature.
