This is the same concept that is taught to me through the Creighton Model of Fertility used by FertiliCare specialists and NaPro technology. I have been using it since March and am thrilled that the only thing I need to do now is watch my discharge when I wipe after going to the bathroom! Plus, it's kinda 'neat' to me to see that my body is in fact 'working' after all those years with the RE just pumping me full of more meds!
