Why am I very emotional over the smallest things like forgetting something at home or being told no ?

I was an emotional wreck for the first six months of my pregnancy i was watching a walking dead episode which i've seen a thousand times watched it then out of nowhere started crying or something well my opinion was something that's not a big deal i ordered a burger with no ketchup even thou i was right there n went back inside i started crying cause i didn't want ketchup on my burger lol

I started crying today cause I forgot to vacuum the living room floor an because I live with the inlaws my father inlaw vacuumed the floor an lastnite I was cryin over something I was reading that was not sad at all

It's crazy! I swear I cry at every tv show I watch no matter what it's about. I accidentally came at the wrong time for my appointment a few weeks back and I nearly had a breakdown!
