You still have time. Best wishes to you :)
Sounds like my story. I've got 2 DS's, 15 & 17, and remarried a little over a year to an amazing man, who's never had a child. I'm 35 & DH is 45, and not getting any younger. LOL
Good luck to you!
Thank you for the input. I want to make sure I start taking vitamins now. I was taking them while trying to conceive when going through IVF.
I have had three failed IVF cycles and now scheduled for the first week of August to have a TR. I have two beautiful children, DD 7 and DS 9 from my first marriage, now married (2 years) to a wonderful man.
I'm TTC, and I just bought the GNC brand. They were $20 for a month supply. There's 3 pills total & 800mg of folic acid, which is very important.
*******************VERY STICKY BABYDUST TO YOU*************************
They are usually labeled pre-natel vitamens. I would look for those. Most drug stores should carry them, just ask the pharmacist.
anything that has at least 400 folic acid. does not need to be expensive. i found GNC has great prenatal's one version of which does not have iron, which can cause lots of constipatio and they were only $10.
Would ordinary muliti vits work? I havent seen any specifically for pregnancy??? Maybe havent been looking in the right places.
I third that. No need to buy the super expensive ones. My Dr. told me the same thing, and I just buy a grocery store brand. I take the same ones now that I am pregnant.
Good luck to you in ttc. Hope it happens for you soon.
My dr said the Walmart brand was just as good while you are ttc. They cost about $5-Prenatal Vitamins. They have all the recommened amounts for pregnancy...the most important is the folic acid
Well my doc told me to start on a pre-natal while ttc.....he gave a scrip but the cost was $40!! So I bought some good $20 at the drug store.
