Vomiting I'm nervous 38weeks???

So I'm 38wks just started vomiting out of nowhere after I ate now I feel nauseous and hot .. And drained out.. I'm Layin down now but is this normal?

That could be a sign of transition in labor you might be 5-8cm

Omg I am 36 weeks and 5 days in that same situation my appointment is tomorrow morning. I hope its nothing call your doctor it could be a early labor sign it won't hurt to call
