wheat germ is extremely helpful, vitamins c, e multi b vitamin  complex time released, calcium magnesium and zinc, oatmeal, lots of fruit, eliminate fried foods, white flour and sugar, exercise every day drink red raspberry leaf tea and get plenty of sleep, don't get up after you have sex for at least one hour or more

Absolutely there is hope.  But, like 40smama said, best to see a Dr. or OB/RE and go through everything with them.  Have you been trying for awhile?  I am almost 40 and have absolutely no trouble conceiving at all.  Every women is different, but definately consult a Dr. and see what they have to say.  Wishing you luck!!

Have you consulted your dr about wanting to get pregnant?  He/she will answer your questions about whether Clomid is the right choice for you.  About getting pregnant at 40:  there are many women on this forum who've had babies well into their 40's so there's hope!
