is it dangerous?

Im 30 weeks pregnant and 37 years old,  and on Tuesday im suppose to leave Tampa with my husband and 18 year old daughter and 15 year old son to drive to Missouri for my other sons graduation from the army. ... it is a 17 hour trip.. we are planning on stopping every 2 hours so I can stretch my legs... my mother is going nuts and keeps telling me its dangerous to go on this trip because my family in Greece (grandmother/uncles/aunts) have filled her head with things that can happen to the baby by me being in the car for so long... she wont tell me exactly what they are telling her because she "cant say it out loud" or else she jinx it.. lol... anyway,  please let me know your thoughts about this... is it safe to just go?

Talk to your Dr. they may suggest you take some Childrens asprin to avoid blood clots, but honestly I wouldn't miss that either. Congrats to you and your family not only on your baby but your son's graduation as well.

Speak with your dr. If he/she say it's okay then forget the jinx, and myths.
