I take this question as one asking for signs when it is too early to take a home pregnancy test.  My only sign in the first two weeks was some really subtle dizziness one day, which I only realized might be pregnancy related once I learned that I was pregnant.  (The next sign was a positive on an hpt.)  In the first two weeks, many women (I'm one) could not have told you that they were pregnant by symptoms.

Very early signs for me are: my nipples and lips changing colour, some moles darkening, indegestion, insomnia, food tasting different (esp. tea), a chilled out feeling, red angiomas turning up, lack of PMS symptoms. It can drive you mad looking for early signs. 2 times I would have sworn I wasn't pregnant until after the test.

I needed to go pee frequently and my breasts got really full and tender. I haven't had 1st trimester morning sickness with any of my pregnancies. I have had some nausea, food aversion and weird, random food cravings. I am 12 weeks 3 days as of today.
