Yes, it is possible to become pregnant after tubal ligation surgery because I became pregnant a year ago, seven years after the procedure was done.  We lost our baby at 10 weeks possibly due to low progesterone and are currently trying to conceive again.  In my case the tubes grew back together, which from my research does happen because the body tries to repair itself and it doesn't seem to matter how old you are, what type of procedure you had done or when.  God Bless.

Well, without medical intervention, almost none at all.  The only time women get pregnant naturally after a tubal is if the procedure wasn't done correctly.  That being said, there are other options available to you. I know several women on these boards who had a successful tubal ligation reversal, and other who were successful using IVF.  Talk to an RE about your options, they are out there!  I wish you luck!!
