You can have ham and stuff like that you just have to heat it up. You can eat hot dogs too , you just have to make sure it's cooked as well. Stay away from stuff that's high in Mercury and unpasteurized stuff. You can eat most foods .

Nitrates and Nitrites are bad cancer causing to you and bad for baby too!
Found in sausage, hot dogs, salami etc.  If you go to a Whole Foods Market you can find some of those products including sandwich meats with out nitrates and nitrites.

If you want the hot dog, sausage, or spam just overcook it. I mean way past well done. Same thing with sadly a good number of things you may want to eat

Pretty anything processed is generally not good, even meats. Canned goods leach a cancer causing chemical, especially if the goods inside are acidic.

U can eat it as long as it's well cooked. Just stay away from cold cuts/deli  (not cooked), raw stuff n unpasteurized stuff. N high mercury food. That's because a bacteria can live in it but cooking the mat b4 u eat it kills it so make sure u cook it well.
