What's your experience?

I'm 36 and I found out that I'm pregnant last week. I was have a little pain on my left side last week and this week. Not severe just uncomfortable. Yesterday morning it switched to just the middle but it felt different. At about lunch it subsided has stayed that was since. I'm so worried that it's and etopic pregnancy. I haven't had a chance to call my Dr. because I'm out of town right now. I don't know what to do. According to the calander, I just started my 5th week of pregnancy.

I went to the ER today. It's not a tubal. I have so follicals on my left ovary and a mild UTI. It's still early but they were able to see the yoke sac. Just go to keep an eye on things. Feeling releived.

I call my Dr and the MA told me to keep an eye on it and if the pain increases go to the ER. She did tell me that my miscarriage from June/July was an blighten ovum. That made me feel better because technically there was no baby, so I didn't loose the baby. It never formed. Now I'll just have to play the waiting game. Thanks for all your comments. It helped put me at ease.

It must be an age thing, because I'm 36 yrs old and had the same pain for about 6 weeks and also thought it was an eptopic prgncy or a cyst but after an ob visit and an ultrasound, everything was normal. Good luck!

I pray you have a healthy pregnancy. I understand. I too had a miscarriage 4 moths ago and I was 14 weeks. Now we find out I'm pregnant again on Sunday. I have had cramping like I'm going to start a period but nothing so far. Just implantation bleeding...more like wipe spots but just be happy and pray. God bless.

Thank y'all. That makes me feel better. It has been better today. I had a miscarriage end on June 1st of July and the pain was simular, but no bleeding. I'm trying to stay positive, but it's hard.

It's actually probably from small cyst from.where your egg was released.  That cyst will stay there for a couple weeks after which it will dissolve.  I had one on my right side and it ached quite a bit, so much so that for the first few weeks if my pregnancy I assumed I was ready to start my period.  Obviously, at that point I didn't know I was pregnant.  I wouldn't worry too much about it.  There's always some slight pain also as your uterus begins stretching and your ligaments soften.

I'd say it is likely pain from stretching.

I had extreme pain on my right side when I first found out I went to the ER I thought I had appendicitis. The pain stayed  for a while I'm assuming the uterus was starting to stretch. I'm 32 weeks now wishing u the best I hope everything goes wonderful for u
