Wondering N Curious

So y does the doc wants to know how much your baby moves im 36 wks n 5 days just had my appt today n she ask me if he was moving. Y ???

A fetus in distress will have limited or no movement. Just like us when we are really sick. Just want to be in bed. Fetal well-being can be evaluated with a biophysical profile, aka BPP.

They want to make sure baby is still ok in the womb and not stressing or in some other kind of trouble.
