Worried

So im 36 weeks pregnant have only a few weeks left. And I have a friend who was three weeks past due date and misscarried yesterday I feel so bad dont know what to say but now I cant stop haven nightmares so I have stopped sleeping im so scared something is going to happen just to see happen to a friend had really put a toll on me. Any advise

Thanks easier said then done lol. But tryn, he moves all the time and theres times when he stops for a sec or two and im poken my belly to make him move lol.

Well most dr.s won't let you go more than a week over. Try not to stress its just anxiety and hurt after you're friends loss
