What is your version of a normal birth? Some woman want no medicine, some what meds STAT, & others want our need c-section.
Me personally, I want to do my best at a natural birth, but I'm not opposed to meds either. I just wanna see what I'm made of and see how far I can go on my own. I am currently enrolled in a birthing class since this is my first child & we're learning so many birthing positions & tricks our husbands aka partners can do to help lessen the pain & help open the pelvis for baby. It's really interesting & gives me hope that I can do this!
Try looking up squating positions & birthing ball positions and see what you find. I never knew that laying on your back was not the primary way to deliver a baby until this class. Even my husband is amazed at all the different options we have.
