amniotic fluid leakage

Has anyone ever had amniotic fluid leakage? Im 6 mo and for some reason my discharged seem to have increased. I dont feel dehydrated but it is almost 100 degrees out everyday. But my first thought was leakage. Im going to take my 3 hour diabetes test tommorrow and Im going to ask my doctor.

usually if your water breaks or you are leaking amniotic fluid it is accompanied by pinkish dischange that looks like blood. during pregnancy the amount of discharge you secrete is increased. talk to your OB at next appointment to double check but i think your ok

you should call your dr right away if you think you're leaking. I thought i was leaking too at 26 weeks when i was pregnant with my son. Dr told me to go to the hospital asap. Nurse there did a strip test and it came out positive and she said - you will be having your baby very soon! i burst out crying... Fortunately, it was a false positive. the dr on duty did an ultrasound and a more thorough test and all was fine but it was a big scare! ... just call your doc to be sure...

With both of my pregnancies I swore I was leaking!!! My OB did the little strip test and come to find out it was just urine! Ha! I was so embarrassed!!!!

I am with you better safe then sorry! Oh by the way, I found the hotter it got the more I noticed the "leaking"!

Good idea. You can never be too safe when it comes to your water breaking.
