anyone had keytones and blood in urine?

Hi suffered so bad the past 10 days being constantly sick which has given me keytones (not sure if spelt right) which your body produces when you go into starvation mode. I also may have a water infection as I had a little blood in my wee. Anyone had similar? Been so sick all day all night 24/7. Been given cyclazine anti sickness tablets but been told only to take them if really nessasary xxx

The ketones are there because you've been so unwell and vomiting, you won't be getting enough to eat so you'll be down on vitamins and nutrients. Did they say why they think you have been so unwell? Is it the water infection? I would take the anti-sickness tablets regularly, they will do no harm to the baby, you are much more use to the baby when you're eating and not vomiting honey! Stay strong, and try to eat and drink whenever you feel like it, even if it's only something small! Xx

You might have hg. I did with my first pregnancy lost 15lbs couldn't even keep water down finally had to go to the er bc I was puking up blood through the lining in my esophagus. I was on iv zofran fur two days in Hospitol and had to take zofran pills pretty much rest of pregnancy to eat. I also had ketones in my urine. Not blood though. Course that was when I was actually able to pee due to being so dehydrated. But I wouldn't worry much if your doctor isn't. I ended up have an 8 lbs 6oz baby who was very healthy got 9 on his apgar ect. I would just talk to your doctor about it more to ease your worry :-) hope that helps.
