baby moving

I'm 25+6 and for the past couple days my baby girl has not been moving much. Could it be because I am dehydrated or not eating enough?

First, make sure you stay hydrated! This is so important. Dehydration is the #1 leading cause of preterm labor.
If baby is not moving, call your doc! You need a stress test to monitor your little one. I experienced this myself. Thankfully my son was fine, but you do not want to ignore this! Go drink some orange juice or any other sugary juice. That should get baby moving. Make sure you count the movement because the doctor will want to know.
Please do all this ASAP! It's so important for your baby.
I wish you all the best.

I would get her checked, make sure she's not in distress. Better safe than sorry.
