birth control pills and pregnancy

I been taking ortho tri-cyclen lo 1 yr and a half, this last pack i have missed some days and double up on the pill, i didn't take any of the green pills. didn't get my period and started a new pack and then had spotting on the first week of the pills. I am starting on week three and starting to feel real tired and swollen breast and occasion nausea. My bf is overseas and last time we where together was in december, is there any reason to be alarm, can i be pregnant .

So maybe this why i am feeling the way i do.

I know if I miss a pill and double up I feel really nauseaus.

I never felt like this so just wondering if the birth control pills can have me feeling like this after missing a couple of pills

If you haven't had sex since december  you wouldn't be pregnant.  (unless you are 5 months along)
