Blood pressure dropped again today. I've realized it drops after I eat. I've been drinking plenty of fluids so I think that is covered. It's got me worried.

Definitely agree with adding some sodium to your diet. Increased sodium helps raise your BP.  Talk to your dr about a recommendation for the amount you should try increasing to.

I also had very low pressure. My doc also suggested increasing my salt along with fluids & rest.

As a nurse I can tell you 80/70 and even 90/63 aren't where you want to be. Dehydration can cause low blood pressure,  and in general due to the increased blood volume, you can have low BP during pregnancy.  Definitely drinking more fluids and resting with your feet elevated will help. Make sure to change position slowly to allow your body time to adjust.

They are pretty low but still within the ok range. Hydration has a lot to do with it as your body struggles to pump all the extra blood fow around. Take it easy, drink lots and eat regularly.
