I totally understand. I've been staring at my lorazepam just willing it to work without having to actually take it. My anxiety is through the roof. A lot of it has to do with hormones and mood swings, so I find it helps to recognize when I get into a funk that it's just a hormone switch. As for reading up on symptoms, it's always nice to know what to expect, but be careful because you don't want to convince yourself you have a symptom when you don't. I read this book called Your Pregnancy Week by Week by Dr. Glade B Curtis and Judith Schuler, it's very informative without being pushy, it even has little sections for your significant other so he can understand what's going on in your body and mind. I totally recommend it over internet browsing.

Ty!  I normally deal with a lot of anxiety.. and I don't take my meds for it now that I'm pregnant.  I stress over a lot of things.  I'm constantly reading up on my symptoms ... ugh.  Being depressed and anxious is terrible!

I have no idea what the numbers should be but it is common for it to be slightly higher then.usual because your body is producing more fluids so your heart has to keep up with the extra work.
