c section FTM?

Ive alresfy been told I will have to have a c section.I am teriffied! What happens afterward? I dont like paun meds at all and wont take them if I dont have to. What kind of meds will they give after the surgery? Will U be able to enjoy the day wth my baby? I have 10 weeks to go and im already a bundle of nerves !! :(

They gave me motrin for the first 24 hours, then percocet. They give you the options of one or two and I just took one. The best way to heal after is to get moving (slowly), and without pain meds u you tend to walk and move guarded, so you could heal slower. I was worried about being loopy, but I wasn't at all and was able to enjoy my baby. I only took one percocet after leaving the hospital and took the motrin for a few days. I do have a high pain tolerance though. I'm 3 weeks post partum and I've been moving around well for over a week. I'm still a little tender, but for the most part I feel normal.

Dnt wrry u aint the only one im schedule d forone in 15 dys and im nervous . But dnt wrry evrythng will come out jst fine hey its worth the pain.  :)
