I had a c-section last minute (Oct.16th). I pushed for a while but my baby boy was a little to big for me to push out. They actually put me under. I didn't feel a thing. Anyway, surgery was super easy. My recovery is going pretty good so far. The only thing that really hurts is the incision. (They give you meds for that though, which will help.) Don't be scared, women everyday get c-sections. You'll do great! Good luck.

I've had 2 c sections and am scheduled for my 3rd one in dec. Both of my recoverys were good. I had no problems and used no pain meds with the first and minimal with the second.  Honestly the worst partbof it for me is when they put in and take out the catheter lol. But everyone is different so you can't base what you may go through to someone else's experience.  Just go into it with an open mind.
