is it implantation bleeding ?

I'm 31ys old and we're TTC since from last 1 1/2 years. I'm suffering from irregular periods and never got my period at my own without medication. Always I took provera for my periods.I had HSG dye test and laporoscopy last month. I was on clomid for 6 cycles. Now after laporoscopy, my RE gave me provera for periods , then femara CD3-CD5. Last month I had my period on 17th Sept. I had U/S on CD12 and observed 18mm follicle. I took HCG shot on CD13 and IUI on CD14.Yesterday(CD30) 16th OCT, I suffred from lot of cramping and today I observed heavy brown bleeding and still cramping a lot.. I'm worried a lot. Since from morning I feel very tired , nausa .. not sure what is happening ? Can it be implantation bleeding as never I got my period at my own without medication ?

Please please help!

Implantation bleeding can last a few days, but in all honesty this sounds a lot like your period.  If your last one started Sept. 18th, the timing is also about right for this one to have started Oct. 16th.  It's likely that the meds your Dr. has you has regulated your cycle.  I am not sure if bleeding will impact a home pregnancy test or not, but seeing your Dr. should give you some answers. Good luck.

It is certainly possible.   However, typically implantation bleeding is fairly light, and most women do not have symtpoms that early.  That doesn't mean you are not pregnant, but only an HPT or bloodwork can tell you for certain. Good luck.

What a tough one! I have been there I am 36.  I had an ectopic pregnancy with no bleeding but terrible cramps.  I have since undergone several IVF treatments the first cycle worked I have a daughter who is just about 5.  When I was pg with my daughter I had some soptting when I called the Dr I of course went righ in she first asked about the color of the "spotting" Brown bleeding I was told can often be old blood.  It is such a yucky time call the Dr you could also need some progesterone which helps build up the lining of the uterus.  Call the dr all the best to you!!  It can definately be implantation bleeding let me know how you make out!
